Everyday when I meditate I offer my thoughts up to Spirit. It is a sacred act and then I go back to watching my breath. It came to me that my breathing is a sacred act as well. When I feel more connected anything is possible. I don't have to believe, it just is.

I can feel your courage to begin the path of seeing the Truth of who you really are.

Ultimately, a great place to be is experiencing empty/fullness simultaneously.

I'm very happy for you Tracy.

I love that Rick lives his life in memory of the friends that he lost. Instead of dwelling on why he lived, he makes the most of each and every moment he has in appreciation of being alive. He is a true inspiration!

Hi Marilyn,

It takes such courage to do the work and get to a place of acceptance and compassion first for ourselves and then for others. Because until we can see ourselves we cannot see another.

I happy that you made it to the other side.

Thank you for your article.

Debbie,I love the word tolerance. It is one of my favorite words and is so misunderstood. It doesn't mean to just put up with. Inherent is respect and honor. Dane Rudhyar, a famous metaphysician and astrologer assigned the word Tolerance to Virgos. In the sense that Virgos get to learn to hold the tensions between two oppositions simultaneously and without judgment or criticalness.

you made me smile, laugh, with your opening metaphors--bread, screws, elevators--the ability to laugh is one of the most beautiful aspects of being human. The highest form of play, so joyful. Thanks for the lift.
