The art of manifesting what you want is a very useful ability that anyone can develop. Let’s start with a few things you don’t want to do:
don’t worry about how the thing that you want will manifest. The Universe figures that out. It’s only up to you to seize the opportunities that will present themselves. And don’t worry about making a mistake in deciding what you want — you can always change your mind.

What’s your greatest wish? If you imagine it with all your senses, work toward it, and never, ever give up, you will achieve it. It’s that simple, believe it or not. But there are some techniques to doing all three.
My book, Think Yourself Thin became a bestseller, even as booklet, though I was told it was impossible by book distributors for the price and format: having no spine. I love a challenge and when told something is impossible, I smile, get going, and make it happen. You can too!

Like most women, I have endured some pretty rough times. As an ugly duckling child, I found myself surrounded by viciously mean “friends” whose cruel criticisms destroyed virtually every vestige of my self-esteem. Life at home became increasingly tense eventually pushing me to a complete disconnect from my parents. I am not blaming them completely; it was my fault as well. I just couldn’t communicate with them. Later, despite having evolved into a photogenic beauty and successful model, genuine relation
ships eluded me and heartache and self- loathing were my frequent companions. But in my late teens I had found a coping solution: Alcohol.

Authors and Teens Make a Difference for Tornado Torn Joplin through Be the Star You Are!® charity
Moraga, California: When recent tornadoes destroyed 262 classrooms and 16 schools leaving almost 13,000 students without supplies or books in Joplin, Missouri, Be the Star You Are!® charity stepped forward to help by spearheading Operation Disaster Relief. Teen volunteers Courtney Cheng and Katherine Kim identified the sources that needed resources. Founder and Executive Director of the literacy charity, Cynthia Brian, who also is the producer and host of the upbeat radio show, Starstyle®-Be the Star You Are!® invited authors who had been guests on the show to help.
