An oldie but a goodie. Just recently I started receiving messages from people who had read the message below. Apparently it is being re-posted (I granted permission to do so) on many blogs and article sites. I can only guess that the surge in people looking to supplement their income and generate money from home with flexible hours has lead to it’s new found popularity. Either way, I thought it would be fun to re-post it here on my own blog. It was written several years ago (probably 2004 or 2005) and my life took several amazing turns since, but many of the items are still very relevant. I hope you all enjoy it! Caryn

This past weekend I watched as the adventure of our first Halloween in our new neighborhood unfolded. It was a wild sight to behold, starting weeks before the actual holiday houses were decorated, kids were picking out costumes and my husband after being warned by neighbors, went out and bought 10 pounds of candy “just to be safe” he said.

As the economy declines and people are complaining about being broke, losing jobs and overall being miserable about their life situations, I thought I’d share some of the top reasons I’ve heard over the years as to why a person either “can’t” start a network marketing business or “can’t” be successful in network marketing, feel free to share what you’ve heard by posting a comment.
1. Don’t have the money to invest
